When you detail your boat, make sure you use boat polishes and RV polishes capable of leveling gel coat. Gel coat oxidizes just like clear coat but that's where the similarities end. Gel coat is very durable and requires an aggressive polish to remove oxidation and dullness. Your average car polish just won't cut it. To restore your fiberglass boat or RB back to showroom new condition, use a true boat and RV gel coat polish.
